I didn't have to beg for a loaner car because I was offered one right away. The transaction was quick and efficient. The service took only 3 hours. I am saying all these comments because we had bad experiences with Mercedes Benz in Walnut Creek and Porsche in Walnut Creek. LAnd Rover in Walnut Creek is good also but yours is the best so far. I will continue to bring my car there for service and I am looking forward to the new Porsche building so I can go there for my Cayenne service.
